1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

A) The administrator of personal data collected through the Shop www.glowstore.pl is a business entity under the name ZYG ZAK with its registered office in Białka Tatrzańska, ul. Central 182, 34-405 Białka Tatrzanska, NIP: 7361458020, REGON: 120145518, e-mail: obsluga@glowstore.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" and also the Service Provider.
B) The personal data of the Recipient are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act on the provision of electronic services of 18 July 2002. (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
 (C) The administrator shall exercise particular care to protect the interests of the data subject and, in particular, shall ensure that the data he collects is lawfully processed; Collected for marked, legitimate purposes and not further processed in violation of these purposes; Substantially correct and adequate for the purposes in which they are processed and stored in such a way as to enable the identification of the persons concerned, no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

2. OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

A) The personal data of the Service Users, collected by the Administrator, are used for accounting purposes, marketing purposes (eg use of the Newsletter), contacting the Customer and other activities related to the performance of the Sales Agreement

B) The Administrator processes the following personal data of the Client:

Name, company name,
Address (street and house / apartment number, post code, city),
Phone number,
Number nip,
E-mail adress.

C) The administrator may process the following data describing the way the User uses the services provided by electronic means (operating data):

D) Markings identifying the termination of the telecommunications network or teleinformatic system used by the Client.

E) Information on the commencement, completion and usage of the Service by electronic mail service.

F) Information on the User's use of services provided electronically.

G) The personal data referred to in point 2 is necessary for the Service Provider to provide electronic services within the Shop or to enter into a Product Sales Agreement.

3. THE BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

A) Using the Store, entering into electronic service contracts through the Store or entering into Product Sales Agreements, with the need to provide personal details is entirely voluntary. The data subject determines whether he or she wishes to start using the services provided electronically by the Service Provider or enter into a Product Sales Agreement in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

B) According to Art. 23 of the Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) if:

The data subject will give his or her consent unless the data relating to the data is deleted.
This is necessary for the performance of the contract when the data subject is a party to the contract or when it is necessary to take action before the contract is concluded at the request of the data subject.
C) The processing of personal data by the Administrator is always carried out within the framework of the admissibility of their processing mentioned in point. 2. Data processing will be related to the execution of the contract or the need to take action before the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject (point 2 (b)). In addition, prior to the conclusion of service contracts electronically available through the Shop, the Customer is informed of the need to accept the Terms.

4. RIGHT OF CONTROL, ACCESS TO THE CONTENTS OF THEIR DATA AND THEIR IMPROVEMENTS

A) The Client has the right to access and correct his personal data.

B) Each person has the right to control the processing of data related to it contained in the Administrator's data set, and in particular the right to request supplement, update, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent stopping processing or removal thereof, if they are incomplete, outdated , Untrue or have been collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary to accomplish the purpose for which they were collected.

C) In order to realize the rights referred to in point 1 and 2 can be used by sending the appropriate email address: obsluga@glowstore.pl.

5. FILES "COOKIES"

A) The Service Provider's Store uses cookies. No change on the client side of the browser settings is equivalent to agreeing to use them.

B) The installation of "cookies" files is necessary for the proper provision of services in the Store. Cookies contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the Store, in particular those requiring authorization.

C) There are three types of cookie files: "session", "permanent" and "analytical".

 "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the End User's device until they are logged out (Shop left).
 "Permanent" cookies are stored in the recipient's endpoint for the time specified in the "cookies" file parameters or until deleted by the recipient.
 "Analytical" Cookies allow you to better understand how the Customer interacts with the content of the Store, better organize its layout. "Analytical" "cookies" collect information about how the Customer uses the Shop, the type of site the Customer has been redirected, and the number of visits and time of the Client's visit on the Shop page. This information does not register the User's personal data, but is used to compile statistics on the use of the Store.
D) The Client has the right to make a decision on accessing "cookies" to his / her computer by first selecting them in his / her browser window. Detailed information about the capabilities and ways of handling cookies is available in the software settings (web browser).

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

(A) The Administrator shall use technical and organizational measures to ensure that personal data processed is safe for the risks and categories of data subject to protection and, in particular, safeguards the data against unauthorized access, unauthorized retrieval, processing in violation of the applicable rules and alteration, loss, damage or destruction .

(B) The provider shall make available appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized access and modification of personal data transmitted electronically.

C) In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the Shop Rules www.glowstore.pl and other applicable Polish law shall apply accordingly.
